		<description>There are many foods with gluten and even more foods have gluten added.  You need to carefully read all the ingrediants.  In supermarkets they normally have a shelf with gluten free products such as bread and crackers.</description>

		<description>There is a directory you can get after you have been diagnosed with coileac, but until then Im afraid you will have to check everything you eat, anything including wheat or wheat starch, rusks, semolina and malt vinigar will contain gluten also any drinks that are cloudy will probably contain it.
Good luck and be carefull of cross contamination;)</description>
