I sound stupid but. Do they have Gluten in? I know they have wheat but I dont get the certain types of wheat and all that

My fiance’s daughter is turning 2 and she’s allergic to almost everything! She’s allergic to wheat, flour, eggs, all dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts, and the cake needs to be gluten free. I’m going crazy trying to find a recipe. My fiance has given up completely but I’m trying really hard to make her a cake for her special day. She definitely can not have any of these things, for they will trigger her eczema and that’s no good! thank you for anyone who can help me!!

My food allergies consist of wheat & barley, all soy, all fruits and carrots, oats and all nuts. (And I’m lactose intolerant.)

As difficult as it may be to believe, I have a difficult time finding foods or products without these in them. I tried gluten-free, but those have soy in them. Currently I am eating a lot of potatoes, eggs, milk, meat, & most veggies. If you have any suggestions, websites, or recipes, etc. it would be greatly appreciated!
~My normal reactions are swelling, itching, and congestion. My allergist says I will go into anaphylaxis shock (so I have an epi-pen) and I am going to start treatments that will work in 5 years.

Hey everybody I was wondering if anyone knew a good recipe that is Dairy, Soy, and Wheat/gluten free..
My sister is allergic to EVRYTHING so i was wondering if anyone could help me out so she could have some of the pumpkin pie this year:)
Oh and preferrably made with Agave Nectar as a substitute for sugar..

I got tested for food allergies last week, and am pretty horrified by the results. According to the doctor, I cannot eat these things period:

-milk & cheese/yogurt/ice cream other dairy products
-eggs
-gluten products (stuff made from flour AKA bread, noodles, crackers )
-wheat
-pecans, walnuts, peanuts
-soy sauce

Based on these limitations, what kinds of really tasty and healthy foods can I eat?
For example, since I’m allergic to everything in the school lunch line, I’d like to bring a sandwich. I have gluten-free and wheat-free bread, but what would I put inside of it?? I definitely like fulfilling foods. I’m not a vegetarian (sorry)!

Please help! I need to know food, and possibly any other advice you can give me.

I have cut way back on starchy foods (Breads, pastas) and I feel better then I have felt in forever, also no bloat. Could I be allergic to something in it or is this a gluten thing maybe or Celiac Disease? Any words of wisdom?

i know in order to get tested for celiac disease (autoimmune gluten intolerance) you have to eat gluten normally for weeks before the test. i assume that isn’t true with normal allergies, correct? if i get food allergies tested it’s perfectly fine to not eat them before hand?

also, if i’ve heard that they won’t do a skin scratch test on someone who’s had a serious reaction to it in the past. what constitutes serious? i’d much prefer knowing in twenty minutes rather than waiting two weeks for a blood test!
my problem is i react badly to the foods i suspect. do i HAVE to eat them or will avoiding them give me a false negative like gluten sensitivity testing?

Next week a friend of mine and her family are coming to stay for the weekend. This is great as her kids and mine get on great – the only problem is the cooking. Each of her three kids has an allergy to food – whereas mine have none!
Six year old – is a celiac (wheat and gluten)
Four Year Old and Two Year Old – Dairy Products.

Could you please give me some meal ideas that I could cook for all kids, I don’t want to cook two meals for them.

Thank you any ideas will be great Lunch, Snacks or Dinner.
I have found potato based foods work well. So mash, boiled potatos etc. I make pies with Mash on top rather than pastry. If your child won’t eat meat try potato and lentil pie.
I have found many stores off specialist pastas some are good. So therefore lasagnas etc can be made!
I am really stuck with the dairy problem tough especially puddings.

I am having some trouble finding out what it is i am eating that is causing me problems. every once in a while i get really bad gas often accompanied by diarrhea and/or nausea. i suspect milk and cut a lot of dairy products out, and now drink enriched rice milk, but the last few days i have been obviously eating something else that has negative effects on me, i have been eating a lot of wheat so maybe gluten? and also the last 3 days or so Ive eaten a lot of strawberries, could this be a strawberry allergy that ive suddenly developed/noticed.

any information on: allergies, development of allergies in adulthood (im 22), personal experiences, irritable bowl syndrome, anything i would welcome. I’m just at a loss, i really don’t know what this could be.

oh! other then this i am healthy and active, don’t eat fast food etc so it isn’t just poor diet in general.

does anyone have a good recipe for allergy free pumkin muffins?

they cannot contain wheat, corn, eggs or dairy

I am trying this recipe right niw but the batter came out very thick, almost like cookie dough- I have never made any kind of muffins where the batter was so thick so I am concerned they will not come out right.

If you have a recipe that you have tried and like – I would greatly appreciate the help- or if you are a gluten free, allegy free whiz in the kitchen and you want to help me to doctor this recipe a bit, I would appreciate that too!
